Last Year's Analysis and Future Strategies
On February 27, we held our sales meeting with participation from various departments, where we thoroughly analyzed last year’s sales performance and shaped the strategies that will guide us in the year ahead.
This meeting was much more than just reviewing numbers—it was an inspiring gathering that strengthened internal communication, reinforced our culture of collaboration, and created new opportunities.


First Fruits of the Co-opetition Project
One of the key topics was evaluating the first concrete results of our Co-opetition project, which we established last year. Projects led by colleagues from different application areas have embraced the spirit of collaborative competition, enabling us to create new opportunities and enhance synergy between teams.
One of the most exciting moments of the meeting was announcing the winners! The successful outcomes confirmed the effectiveness of our decisions. Motivated by these achievements, we have decided to continue our projects and form new project groups.
We united our strengths, raised our energy – Now we’re ready for bigger steps!
