Along with the above processes, monitoring and recording the leave and report periods of the employees, executing the discipline and dismissal processes, providing necessary support for the effective conduct of occupational health policies, and following suitable document processes related to Human Resources according to the quality management systems and revisions are also activities carried out by Human Resources.
It maintains its required guidance and information activities by accompanying all of the departments about all areas.
